On the evening of 8 September, one Delhi monitor read 35 and another read 211. Both were CPCB stations, both were reporting normally, and both were describing the same city at the same hour.
India's own forest report records a net increase of 156.41 km² between 2021 and 2023. Madhya Pradesh alone lost 371.54 km². Both figures are in the same table, and the second is the one that does not survive being averaged.

about — a station past a notified limit, a season past its own record, a source that restated a
published figure. The dossier carries the numbers that fired it, the pages that already explain them,
and the sources to check. It contains no prose.
A person then writes it, or decides not to. An article file that is not marked published, and does not name the person who approved it, gets no page, no route and no URL — the same rule the disaster pages run on, where an event scored below its publication bar simply has nowhere to be found.
