Each stored observation carries CPCB's own observation stamp, the hour this site first read it, every later re-read, the city's worst reporting monitor by name, the unweighted mean of all reporting stations, how many were over 100, and the reading at each of them.
Across the whole record, 53 observations were revised after first publication and 0 of those revisions changed the city's headline figure. That is a fact about the source, not about this site, and it is the reason both versions are kept: a reading that is quietly restated later means the number somebody cited is no longer the number at that address.

What this record does not contain
Stated because a record is only useful if its edges are known.
It begins on 25 Aug 2026. There is no reconstruction of anything before that, and there will not be one — a record assembled backwards from a source that has since revised itself is not a record.
An hour with no observation is absent, not zero. Where CPCB's live feed did not answer, the mirror on data.gov.in was read instead and the row says which.
It is Delhi. The national file behind every city in the feed is stored the same way and is not yet published as day tables.
