Our program seeks to fill this gap between experiences and expectations, designed to fulfill the need of students and their institutions to build leadership roles and to create active citizens and dynamic leaders today.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
RTL combines individual and group activities, AV sessions and action oriented learning to nurture leadership qualities and skills like communication, cooperation, conflict-resolution, solution and problem solving and value based education. So far we have conducted over 500 sessions reaching out to 5000 students.
